During the opening of the Real Estate Development Conference and Exhibition in Budva, Minister for Economic Development Branimir Gvozdenovic said that Montenegro is commited to increase in foreign investments in the socially, environmentally and economically sustainable way. The government is guiding this process with smart use of the state land and presenting projects that are examples of sustainable tourism, such as the valorisation of Velika plaza, Buljarica and Bigovo, peninsula Lustica.
Gvozdenovic said that the bases of market economy created conditions for Montenegro to have an accelerated development and a growth rate of 7 to 8 per cent every year.
