Delta City shopping centre in Podgorica will be opened as planned on October 1st, reports Podgorica daily Vijesti. The shopping centre will have 75 stores, several restaurants and the largest cinema in Montenegro and employ about a thousand people.
Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent, previously responsible for the resounding success of the leasing of Delta City in Belgrade, which featured a host of big international retailers.
According to Jelena Jevremovic, retail space manager in Colliers International, Colliers insisted on global level of recognition and the quality of all brands in Delta City. The following brands will be present in Delta City: Marks&Spencer, Navigare, Pull&Bear, Gant, Bershka, Bata and Via Spigga along with Costa Coffee, Astoria and Sport Caffe restaurants.
