Vjeceslav Leibman, director of Russian Mirax for the Balkans, said that, according to the current assessments, the construction of the hotel-tourist complex Astra Montenegro in Zavala will cost EUR 220 million, reports Montenegrin daily Vijesti.
Leibman said that two hotels will be built in Zavala, as well as 34 luxury residential properties. He added that the project would be finished by the beginning of 2011, and the mansions are planned to be completed by May next year. Leibman pointed out that architectural harmonisation with American company BBJ in the project are in progress.
The Ministry for Economic Development recently gave its approval to the urban project of Zavala.
