The Ministry for Economic Development gave its approval yesterday for the urban project Zavala.
This will be followed by the adoption of the urban project in the local parliament of Budva, after which all conditions will be fulfilled for Russian Mirax group to receive a construction permit.
At the end of May Ministry for Economic Development refused to sign a project because of many omissions and returned it for revision to Budva Municipality.
