The construction of Parkland complex, which includes a hotel and two business facilities designed in accordance with the system of environmentally sustainable development and energy efficiency, should start in Podgorica next year. The complex will be built in the southern part of former barrack Moraca, near Millennium bridge.

Author of the project, Australian architect Robert Warren, who was also the designer of facilities for Sydney Olympics 2000, presented the project he created in cooperation with Chinese colleague Wu Gang. Owner of the land and investor of this complex is the company of the biggest Greek ship-owner Viktor Restis.
