The tourist organisation of Budva announced that Budva riviera was visited by 70,000 guests in first five months of this year, which is 14 percent more than in the same period last year. According to director of the organisation Jelena Radenovic, there were 291,000 overnight stays, 13 per cent more than last year. Most guests were from Serbia, 10,800 or 48 per cent more than in the same period last year, and they were followed by guests from Austria, Italy and Germany. Radenovic believes that this year’s season will be financially more successful than the record-breaking season of 2007.
