The Montenegrin government invited the international investors with proven financial capability to deliver offers for the purchase of 90 per cent of the state-owned company with special purpose, Lustica Development.
Company Lustica Development will be given the right and obligation to implement an important investment programme of construction of the location in the area of peninsula Lustica. The government announced that the capital of the company would be increased by at least EUR 100 million, which will be accompanied by a public offering of EUR 30 million to the citizens of Montenegro. A share in the public offering will be available to every citizen.
