The Government of Montenegro will annul the decision of the president of the real estate administration Mico Orlandic, according to which the cadastres cannot register land on companies which are registered in Montenegro, but in the ownership of foreigners.
The Government will most probably adopt the amendments of the law prepared by Minister of Finance Igor Luksic whereby the companies registered in Montenegro and founded by foreigners will be treated as domestic.
Orlandic recently ordered cadastres to request certificates that the companies would actually build on the land. However, the Ministry does not want to issue such certificates to companies registered in Montenegro.
