The local parliament adopted the urban plan of the tourist complex of Zavala yesterday. The approval now enables the Russian investor Mirax group which started the construction of the tourist complex Astra Montenegro six months ago to receive a construction permit and legalise the building of this project.

Representatives of the coalition government of DPS (Democratic Party of Socialists) and SDP (Social-Democratic Party) concluded that the project of Zavala sends a good message to future investors and that it is a giant step for tourist economy and presenting Budvanska rivijera as a destination for the development of elite tourism.
