A delegation of Italian businessmen held a meeting with Montenegrin Transport Minister Andrija Lompar on Sunday to discuss the opportunities for their companies to participate in the tender for the sale of the Port of Bar, Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) reports.
Lompar presented the delegation with the privatization and development of the port’s capacities, expressing his satisfaction with Italian businessmen’s growing interest in development projects in Montenegro.
They discussed also the overhaul of Belgrade-Bar railway line. The project is being implemented in compliance with a memorandum between Montenegrin Transport Ministry, Italian Ministry of Economic Development and Serbian Ministry of Infrastructure.
