British investment company Boka Adriatic Development Montenegro and Montenegro’s Atlas Group announced they have formed a partnership to implement a EUR 120 million project for the construction of a residential and trade complex in the Adriatic resort of Budva, Montenegrin media reported on Wednesday.
The complex will comprise a residential building, a five-star hotel and a trade exhibition hall, daily Vijesti reported, quoting a Boka Adriatic statement. The statement did not provide a deadline for the implementation of the project.
Boka Adriatic is confident in Montenegro as a tourist and investment destination, the company's head Tim Levy is quoted as saying.
