30 July - 2 August 2009 | The people behind popular Exit festival bring their knack for summer music festivals to the Refresh Festival, held in Kotor's Maximus nightclub for the third year in a row.

Maximus is one of the best clubs in the Balkans with state of the art sound and visual system. The Maximus DJ stage, Citadella live stage and Hip Hop stage host some of the major international acts.

Headliners for this year’s festival include Bob Sinclair, Darren Emerson, James Zabiela and Adam Beyer.
