1 July – 31 August 2009 | During the summer visitors to Podgorica can enjoy various concerts, theatre shows, exhibitions, literary events and films held at several open-air stages in the city.

Podgorica's Cultural Summer has been organized for over a decade under the sponsorship of the capital city Podgorica and with the support of its cultural institutions.

Particularly popular are concerts given by contemporary rock and jazz musicians held on the roof of the Cultural and Information Centre - KIC Budo Tomovic. When selecting the programmes, the organizers try to maintain a multimedia character of the festival and bring to life attractive open-air stages.
In addition to Montenegrin artists, the programme features many international performers.
