Villa Milocer will be closed for guests until 9th February due to the construction of the regional water supply line passing through the Milocer park.
Management of the hotel, which is a part of Singapore-based luxury travel company Aman Resorts, announced that the hotel would be reopened as soon as the civil works had been completed in its immediate vicinity.
“In the last several days, a dozen of guests, mainly foreign ones, left the hotel, where they had spent this New Year holidays,” the hotel management told Mina-business agency.
Villa Milocer, a former royal residence with stunning views over the bay to the island of Sveti Stefan, was opened on December 15th after two years of reconstruction. The island itself is set to open in August 2009 with 47 guest rooms and suites.
