Representatives of Normal Tours, the Podgorica-based company that owns the hotel Crna Gora, and the international hotel chain Hilton have signed a preliminary management and franchise agreement for the Crna Gora hotel for a period of 15 years.
The agreement was signed by Zarko Buric, the owner of Normal Tours and the Hilton’s development director for Central and South East Europe, Ulrich Widmer.
“The agreement with the Hilton chain is of great importance for increasing the quality level of Montenegro’s tourist offer and its promotion throughout the world, and it is also a prerequisite for development of business tourism,” Buric said.
He added that Normal Tours will invest over EUR 20 million in the reconstruction of the Crna Gora hotel to raise its category to five stars and that Hilton would get franchise for the period of 15 year.
Widmer said that the Crna Gora hotel would have approximately 200 rooms, conference facilities to accommodate 300 people and luxury wellness and spa facilities.
