Vjeceslav Leibman, director of Russian Mirax for the Balkans, announced that 36 villas in the Astra Montenegro tourist complex in Zavala will be completed by the beginning of the summer season.
Leibman said that the construction of an exclusive hotel will begin this autumn and that Mirax had secured enough funds to complete the first stage of the largest tourist complex on the Adriatic by June, reports Montenegrin daily Vijesti
Leibman added that the global economic crisis has had an effect on Mirax’s business as well and construction dynamics have been slower than planned, thus postponing the completion to June instead of April as it was originally planned.
