The Government of Montenegro invited on December 22 local and international investors with proven financial capabilities and track record in design, construction, and management of complex tourism facilities, to submit bids for long term lease of tourism complex between Njivice and mouth of Sutorina river, Herceg Novi, including construction and management of the resort.The lease is offered for 30 years, with possibility of extension.

The surface of the complex is app. 5 hectares. Complex is situated to the South of mouth of Sutorina River and North of Njivice settlement, about 4 km from Rose by sea, 1, 8 km from Igalo centre, 2 km from Topla, and 2, 2 km from main city port. By road, it is about 5 km Igalo centre and 9 km from Herceg Novi city centre. The complex is approximately 580 m long and from 60 m to 80m wide, stretches from north to south, and consists of slope covered by underbrush, descending to the sea and finishing by naturally formed beach.

Interested investors should submit their bids by March 9 2009.
