The Montenegrin Government on Friday invited international investors to express interest in long-term lease of the Bigovo-Traste recreation complex and the adjacent military barracks. All interested investors should have the financial capability and experience in design, construction, marketing and management of exclusive, ecologically sensitive, and economically profitable tourist complexes.

The Government intention is to ensure adequate and complete development of this complex into a unique, multifunctional and high quality tourist complex which will offer a selection of leisure activities by leasing it for 30 years. All interested investors who purchase the tender documentation and sign a statement of confidentiality will be able to participate in the tender. Letters of intent for the lease of the complex Bigovo were submitted by two companies from Spain and Austria.
